Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,

  • a defective product, or

  • the wrong item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing exofits6@gmail.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at exofits6@gmail.com.

  2. Mention your Order Number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  4. Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping charges will be borne by us.

  • For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under this policy.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:
